VASKE Exterior Services

Guide

Getting your home photo-ready before listing

Buyers judge the facade, roof and driveway before they read the floor plan. Clean the exterior before the photographer arrives, not after feedback from the first open.

What to clean first

Facade washing fixes the surface buyers see at the kerb and in wide listing shots. Render, brick and weatherboard all benefit; soft wash protects painted surfaces.

Roof cleaning removes moss and black streaks that show in drone photography. Book one to three days before the shoot so the roof dries light.

Driveway and path cleaning lifts oil marks and mould on the first hard surfaces buyers walk across. It pairs well with a facade wash in a single visit.

Timing with your agent

Coordinate with your photographer. Exterior cleans should finish before they arrive, with enough dry-down time for roofs and driveways.

Window cleaning inside and out helps light in interior shots if the photographer is shooting through glass to gardens or views.

Agents can book via our dedicated agent page with referrer tracking. Vendors can book directly online or by phone.

What it typically costs

Pre-sale packages vary by storeys and scope. A facade wash for a single-storey home often starts around $350–$550. Adding roof and driveway is quoted as one visit.

Free quotes within 24 hours. Send the address and a few photos; we confirm price before locking the date.
