- How much does house washing cost in Newcastle?

- Will pressure washing damage my render or paint?
- Not when the right method is used. We soft wash delicate render and older paint, and use higher pressure only where the surface suits it, like brick or concrete. We ask about age and condition before we start.
- How often should I wash my house exterior near the coast?
- Many coastal homes benefit from a wash every 12 to 18 months. Shaded south-facing walls and properties near bush or water often need it sooner. We can suggest a schedule after the first clean.
- Do you wash two-storey homes?
